Therapy can be so healing to help process what may be coming up for you around previous trauma. I will believe you. You do not owe me your story. If talking about details or specifics around traumatic memory feels uncomfortable, we can first talk about talking about it, or not talk about it at all. If you feel ready to discuss details or previous trauma, I am ready to listen.

I have experience working with survivors of physical and/or sexual assault or abuse and domestic violence. This kind of trauma merits an even more focused type of therapy and I am honored to have the training and tools to provide a safe space for you to process this. You are in control in session and we will go at your pace. It’s also okay if you are unsure how you feel about it.
